Future Plans
The priority wise future plans for the next five years includes the following:
- ABC Paper is executing a Chemical Recovery Plant, which is an environmental friendly process and reduces the COD & BOD load on effluent by burning the organic content in the black liquor and recovers the inorganics for reuse as cooking chemical.
- ABC Paper is proposing to install a co-generation Power Plant of 10 MW based on bio-mass fuels.
- ABC Paper is proposing to upgrade its production capacity from the existing 140 TPD to 250 TPD.
- A wood based pulp plant of 60 TPD capacity is proposed to be installed to improve the strength properties of mixed bleach pulp leading to high quality of paper.
- Installation of Electrolysis Process for recovery of Caustic Soda as extension of Lignin Precipitation System.
