ABC Paper employs around 1250 people to run the business successfully. Recognizing the need of investing in the employees through training, development, motivation, social welfare etc, the nominee initiated various programmes within the company.

For motivation of employees at all levels, a suggestion scheme was launched and the individuals are rewarded for their suggestions on the overall improvement in the working of the company. Special rewards and recognition for good performance have been introduced

With a view to reward employees for their hard work in improving the productivity of the plant, a Productivity Incentive Scheme has been introduced which duly compensates the employees for their efforts.

For the overall development of employees and their families, various committees such as health and Safety committee, House Keeping Committee, Sports Committee, Canteen Committee, festival Committee, Adult Education Committee, Employees, Ladies & Childern clubs etc have been formed with the active participation of employees and their families.

The company has an established Performance Appraisal System in existence. The compensation to the managerial and supporting staff is based on their performance during the year.
